Watchet Bead
Inspired by the quaint harbour town of Watchet in Somerset.
We wanted to capture the colours and patterns rocks on the beach as the tide drops out. The core is made with a mixture of dark grey, light grey and green glass which is swirled together to create an organic pattern within the glass. The mixed core is then rolled over a spikey brass tool to create little holes in the molten glass. When this is encased with clear glass little air bubbles form in the holes creating this watery effect within the bead.
Please be aware that patterns and colours will vary between each of the beads making them very unique!
Each Nalu Bead is individually handmade so please expect there to be variations in patterns and colours, this is what makes your Nalu Bead unique.

Standard Nalu Bead Size: width 9.5mm, diameter 16.5mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Mini Nalu Bead Size: width 8mm, diameter 14mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Core Size: 5mm suitable to fit alternative jewellery brands.
