Returns & Exchange Policy

CHRISTMAS 2024 EXTENDED RETURNS:

We will be extending our returns window for all orders placed between now and 31 December 2024 until 30 January 2025.

RETURNS:

We are sure that you will be completely thrilled with your purchase from Nalu Beads but if, for any reason, you should decide not to keep it, our returns policy makes it easy for you to send it back to us.

Please include your name, address and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason for returning them, and obtain proof of postage. We will then refund you the original cost of your order (plus the postage if there was a fault with the order) postage will not be refunded for items that are not faulty.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange an item the quickest way is to order the item you need and return the incorrect one for a refund. We can however sort your exchange out for you, simply return the item you want to exchange to us and enclose a note of this request. List the item you want it replaced with and enclose your contact details and return details. If you have any questions please email us at hello@nalubeads.com 

CUSTOM PRODUCTS : We can only offer a refund on the beads for Custom Jewellery as these products have been made up bespoke for you so the cord and making cannot be refunded. 

If you purchased your beads from a retail store or website other than nalubeads.com please go directly to the original place of purchase, thank you.

We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we get them back.

SAND BEADS: We cannot offer and returns or exchanges on any of our Beach Drop earrings products. We cannot accept returns on any made up Sand Bead jewellery as this has been bespoke to order for you and cannot be resold.
