All Sand Jewellery orders will now be made after Christmas, please expect delivery after 6 January.
Last Shipping Dates Stock Orders :
Order by 2pm Wednesday 18 December for STANDARD 48 hour shipping.
Order by 2pm Friday 20 December for EXPRESS 24 hour shipping.
Order by 1pm Monday 23 December for SPECIAL DELIVERY next day.
Nalu Delivery Information
Orders are shipped every day Monday to Friday, most orders placed before 12 Midday will be sent that day (excluding Saturday and Sunday) unless they are Sand Bead products as these are made to order.
Please note - all our Beach Sand Bead & Pebble Products are made to order and may take up to 3 days to dispatch.
All orders are shipped in large letter envelopes unless the gift box option (£2.50) is added to your order.
UK Delivery
All our orders are now shipped using tracked and signed for services.
Free UK delivery is valid on orders of £50 and over. We will send your order using Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims to deliver in 3-5 days.
If you need your order a bit quicker, please select our Express UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) that you can opt to pay for.

Click & Collect
If you live locally and wish to collect your order from our workshop, please select this option at checkout. You will receive and email when your order is ready for collection. We are open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm for collections.
EU & International Delivery
To ensure a secure, quick & reliable service, items to a EU/International address are sent via Royal Mail tracked &/or signed for (dependant on the recipient country). Delivery times will vary based on the destination & we can provide a tracking number upon request. Please note, there may be additional charges to be paid upon delivery.
Tracked Delivery £12.00
Please ensure that the correct address details are provided on your order in compliance with the postal requirements of the recipient country. Incorrect information can result in packages being returned & we are unable to resend without an additional postal fee.
Delivery Times
Free UK delivery: If your order qualifies for automatic Free UK standard delivery or you apply a promotional code your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims to deliver in 2-3 days. Please note that this is a different service to the Express UK delivery that you can opt to pay for.
UK delivery: Standard UK shipping orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and aim to deliver in 2-3 days. Please be aware deliveries can take longer during busy periods & calendar holidays.
Express UK Delivery is shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and aim to deliver in 1-2 days.
UK next working day delivery: Orders* placed before midday Monday to Friday GMT are shipped to arrive the next working day. Orders placed after midday are dispatched the following working day (tracking information is provided). In accordance with Royal Mail, next day delivery guarantees delivery by 9pm the following working day.
International delivery: Orders are dispatched in two to three working days (tracking information is provided). We have been advised that international delivery can take up to 17 days.

Lost or Delayed Post
We use the most reliable & economical postal service to ensure your package arrives quickly & securely. Very occasionally for reasons beyond our control, post can be delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed or lost, we will do all we can to help. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch. For non-UK orders, please allow two weeks before contacting us.
