Margate Bead
Margate is a town in Kent on the South East Coast of England. It is known for its sandy beach but also for its cultural attractions and is always popular with holidaymakers. It has sandy beaches and home to the Dreamland amusement park. There is a pool within the beach. It is possible to surf at Margate pier when the conditions are right.
Our Margate bead has been inspired by the busy life found along this seaside town and the view looking out to the sea. This pretty bead has been made in periwinkle glass and then rolled in a handmade frit, tiny shards of coloured glass; this frit depicts the movement found within the sea. The bead is then encased in blue glass and then decorated again in frit which gives the bead depth.
Each Nalu Bead is individually handmade so please expect there to be variations in patterns and colours, this is what makes your Nalu Bead unique.

Bespoke Mini Nalu Bead Size: width 8mm, diameter 14mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Core Size: 5mm suitable to fit alternative jewellery brands.
