Great Glen Way Bead
Introducing our newest collection of beads for the UK's most popular coast paths, cycle routes and national trails!
The Great Glen Way is one of Scotlands most iconic trails at 73 miles (118km) long, following along the Caledonian Canal and alongside the three major lochs of Lochy, Oich and Ness.
The core of our Great Glen bead is a pale opaque green which is then encased in a transparent lavender glass, rolled in shards of white, pink and lilac frit before being encased in more lavender glass. These colours are inspired by the landscape along the trail with the five raised transparent purple dots on the surface representing the thistle on all the trail sign posts.
As with all of our walking trail beads, it has been decorated with a raised grey meandering path on the surface of the bead.
Each bead has been thoughtfully designed and handmade in our studio in Braunton, North Devon.
Please expect variations in patterns and shapes due to the unique nature of each bead.
Each Nalu Bead is individually handmade so please expect there to be variations in patterns and colours, this is what makes your Nalu Bead unique.
