The Camel Trail Bead
Introducing our newest collection of beads for the UK's most popular coast paths, cycle routes and national trails!
The Camel Trail is a 18 mile (29.45 km) walking and cycle trail in Cornwall. It runs along a disused railway line between Wenfordbridge, Bodmin, Wadebridge, and Padstow offering a scenic route along the River Camel and estuary.
Inspired by the beautiful colours of the Cornish landscape we created a special mixture of frit for our Camel Trail bead. The core is a light sky blue which is rolled over the mixture of blue, green and brown shards of glass whilst molten. This is then encased with a transparent pale blue glass before the surface of the bead is decorated with black triangular lines to represent the Little Petherick Bridge.
Each bead has been thoughtfully designed and handmade in our studio in Braunton, North Devon.
Please expect variations in patterns and shapes due to the unique nature of each bead.
Each Nalu Bead is individually handmade so please expect there to be variations in patterns and colours, this is what makes your Nalu Bead unique.
