Machrihanish Bead, Campbeltown
Machrihanish is a picturesque village in Argyll, on the west coast of Scotland, it lies a few miles from Campbeltown. Machrihanish has an award-winning beach and it is known for having some of the best surf in the UK.
Our Machrihanish bead has been made in a pretty dark lavender glass representing the colours found during sunset on a summers evening. The bead is then carefully decorated in a handmade glass of ivory and silver leaf and twisted while hot symbolising the waves lapping the shore. The bead is then decorated in Ink blue dots capturing the colour of the sea.
