Lynmouth Bead
Lynmouth is a village in North Devon and it is situated 700 feet below Lynton on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. There's a popular little cliff railway that connects the two villages and it's the world steepest and highest water powered railway! Lynmouth really is a beautiful place to visit with the most stunning scenery and picturesque walks along the River Lyn.
When the big winter swells hit, this is place that everyone heads to, on the right day it turns into a perfect left hand point break.
Our lovely Lynmouth bead captures the contrast of the dramatic landscape against the villages quaint dark stone buildings. Half of the bead has been made with a deep purple glass and the other half in a special Light Ivory Lapis. The glass has then been twisted together twice around the bead to represent the flowing river and waterfalls rolling into the sea.
