Barricane Beach Bead
£5.42
A glass bead inspired by Barricane Beach surf spot on the North Devon coast. Collect our lampwork glass charms as keepsakes and create your own unique surfer jewellery.

Barricane Beach is located between Woolacombe and Mortehoe on the North Devon Coast. It is also known as shell beach because the beach is made up of shingle and exotic shells that have been washed up from the Atlantic ocean. It is also well known for its rock pools, which can be found at low tide.
Barricane is quite an exposed beach break that has good surf most of the year. It offers left and rights but the rocks can be a hazard.
The inspiration behind the Barricane bead was to capture its dramatic and rugged rocks of the coastline. Using contrasting glass colours we made a black base bead, representing the rocks, and a light Ivory glass to convey the shells on the beach.
Each Nalu Bead is individually handmade so please expect there to be variations in patterns and colours, this is what makes your Nalu Bead unique
