The Gower Peninsular Bead
The Gower Peninsular (Penrhyn Gŵyr) district in Wales is renowned for its beautiful beaches and countryside. This gorgeous stretch of coast was the very first area in the UK to be given the Area Of Natural Beauty status.
Introducing our beautiful collection of county/region beads. We are keeping a consistent design but changing the colour combinations through the collection, a base bead is made and then rolled in some sparkle. All the county beads are then encased in two colours. The Gower Peninsular bead takes colour inspiration from our entire Welsh bead collection so we have chosen a soft opaque grey and transparent smokey grey glass. A thin line of white glass is then carefully wrapped around the centre of the bead and carefully twisted when under heat to produce a swirl.
