Oxwich Bay Bead
This bead is inspired by the golden sands, dunes, woodlands and marshes of Oxwich Bay on the Gower Peninsula.
There was so much we wanted to capture within this bead for this beautiful bay! We decide to make a bead capturing all the colours of this stretch of coastline from the golden sands, rich ambers and greens of the grass topped dunes into the woodland the purple wildflowers.
The core is made with a rich transparent purple and layers of cream, teal, purple and amber glass have been swiped over each other creating depth and layers to the surface. The bead is then finished off with little dots of green spiralling around the bead for the woodland trees.
The technique we have used to make this bead will create an entirely unique pattern for each bead we make. There will be variations from the sample bead in the image.
Each Nalu Bead is individually handmade so please expect there to be variations in patterns and colours, this is what makes your Nalu Bead unique.

Standard Nalu Bead Size: width 9.5mm, diameter 16.5mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Mini Nalu Bead Size: width 8mm, diameter 14mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Core Size: 5mm suitable to fit alternative jewellery brands.
