Molokai Bead
£6.50
A glass travel charm to remember the island of Molokai in Hawaii. Collect to create surf jewellery; wear our lampwork glass beads on a necklace, anklet or necklace.

Molokai is one of the Hawaiian Islands and lies to the east of Oahu. Molokai is also known as the 'Friendly Isle'. It is home to Papohahu Beach which is located at the western end of the island and has one of states longest white sand beaches. At the eastern end lies Halawa Bay, another popular surf spot with its rugged shoreline and black sand beach.
The surf is often big an choppy and should be left to the more experienced surfer but it does pick up both summer and winter swells.
The inspiration behind this bead was to bring the colours of the island and the Hawaiian Collection together. We have used a pretty baby pink and pale blue to reflect the beautiful flowers and waters of the island. A decoration of orange glass with twists inspired by the waves and vibrant colours found on the island of Molokai. On each twist is a yellow dot, a representation of the Hawaiian state flower, the yellow hibiscus.
We try our very best to keep the patterns on our beads as consistent as possible but due to the nature of each one being individually handmade, please except there to be variations in each bead...this is what makes your Nalu unique!
