Llangrannog Bead
Llangrannog is a village in Ceredigion, Wales. It lies on the Welsh Coast Path and the valley of the river Hawen. At low tide you can walk from Llangrannog beach round to Cilborth cove which is a hidden sandy cove. llangranog is a sheltered bay and is popular with water sports, including surfing, kayaking and sailing.
Our beautiful Llangrannog bead is inspired by the beautiful headland and backdrop of Llangrannog beach. The center of the bead is made in a bright green glass and then encased in clear to give it depth. The bead is then carefully decorated in frit (tiny shards of coloured glass) of greens, blues and turquoise to represent the pathway of the coastal path. The bead is then tumbled to give it a beautiful matt sea glass finish.
