Jeffreys Bay Bead
Jeffreys Bay, more commonly known as J-Bay is a famous surf town in the Eastern Cape region of South Africa. Back in the 1960’s and 70’s it was known as a hippie hang out but nowadays has become a vibrant surf community and one of the most popular surf destinations in the world. Although no longer named the Billabong Pro, J-Bay plays host to yearly WSL surf comps where the biggest names in surfing flock to surf its famously perfect right hand point.
Jeffreys is renowned for it’s coastline of flora and fauna with the bright red aloe plants featuring in most images of its beach. We interpreted these striking plants with a red plant pattern around the bead placed over a pastel lilac sunset sky and be sea. The bead has then been tumbled to give it a matt sea glass appearance.

Bespoke Mini Nalu Bead Size: width 8mm, diameter 14mm, core 4mm
