Children's Hospice South West Charity Bead

We are so excited to be working with Children’s Hospice South West again after the success of their 30th Anniversary bead and hope you like this beautiful charity bead and bracelet we have created with them.

We have designed and handmade a very special bead and bracelet to represent the Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW). We are very excited and proud to be supporting CHSW and will be donating £2 from the sale of each bespoke bead or £5 from the sale of each CHSW bracelet to the charity.

The charity was founded in 1991 and has provided a safe haven of care, support and friendship for thousands of children with life-limiting conditions and their families ever since.

Today, CHSW supports more than 500 families across the region, providing respite, emergency, end-of-life and bereavement care and support for the whole family. It has adapted its care during the pandemic to ensure Covid-safe support wherever and whenever families need it, including - for the first time ever - in families’ own homes.

The colours in this bead have been chosen to match the official colours of the CHSW. Half of this bead is made in a transparent emerald green and the other half in a vibrant opaque lime green. The bead is then wrapped with a stringer of white and then one of pink over the top it and joined together with a swirl in the centre.

Each one of these beads are individually handmade in our workshop in North Devon so please expect there to be variations in every bead. This is what makes your Nalu unique.
