Chamonix Bead
A range inspired by icy mountains and snow pistes from around the World!
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a commune in the Rhones-Alps region of South Eastern France. It is one of the oldest ski resorts in France and played host to the first Winter Olympics in 1924. Situated on the north side of the summit of Mont-Blanc it is popular amongst all mountain enthusiasts. Many ski instructors come to Chamonix to qualify whilst every dedicated skier and snowboarder will have it on their visit list.
Our beautiful Chamonix bead has been made by making a small black glass base bead. This has then been rolled in white enamel to give a fallen snow effect. We then encased the bead in clear glass with strips of white glass either side, leaving clear window effect down the centre creating this 3-dimensional look.
Each Nalu Bead is individually handmade so please expect there to be variations in patterns and colours, this is what makes your Nalu Bead unique.
