Orkney Bead
Orkney is an archipelago (of about 70 islands) off the north-eastern coast of Scotland. The islands are idyllic and are surrounded by dramatic sandstone cliffs and tranquil beaches. Orkney has some amazing wildlife including colonies of seals. Orkney is one of the best places to see the Northern lights in Britain.
Our Orkney bead is inspired by the stunning clear night sky and is made by mixing a speciality ivory and different shades of amber glass while hot. The bead is then rolled in Gold mica powder representative of the stars at night. The bead is then encased in clear glass to add to depth to the bead.

Standard Nalu Bead Size: width 9.5mm, diameter 16.5mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Mini Nalu Bead Size: width 8mm, diameter 14mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Core Size: 5mm suitable to fit alternative jewellery brands.
