Easkey, County Sligo Bead
Easkey is an unspoilt village in county Sligo Ireland and is on the Atlantic coast. It is a popular tourist destination especially with water sports enthusiasts, especially with surfers. Easkey is surrounded by beautiful coastline and scenery and there are views over to Slieve League Mountain and the Benbulben mountains.
Our Easkey bead is made from purple marble glass and then rolled in silver mica to add some shimmer. The bead is then encased in olive green and purple marble glass, which represents the view looking down to O’Dowd’s castle and dramatic views. The bead is then decorated with black lines to add depth and portray the fossilized shoreline.
