UK Wild Otter Trust Paracord Bracelet

Your bead will be fitted to a paracord bracelet which will come with a set of stainless steel Nalu Swirl stoppers either side of the bead and steel Nalu toggle bead on the back. Paracord is a durable, waterproof 4mm cord made from nylon. Please expect variations in colour of the cord and glass, each piece is individually handmade to order.

These bracelets are all adjustable to fit most wrists sizes between 15cm and 22cm but can be made smaller or bigger if needed, please leave a note at checkout if you require a specific size.

In the heart of North Devon, the UK Wild Otter Trust is a specialist otter charity that cares for hundreds of otter cubs through rescue and rehabilitation. The charity’s aim is to help promote UK otter conservation to the public, and enhance the protection of otters in the wild.

We worked closely with Tolga at the UK Wild Otter Trust to create a very special bead for them. Here is the inspiration behind their bead : 

The UK Wild Otter Trust bead features a dark brown core, encased with clear glass and streamers of green and yellow glass with pale blue shards of frit melted into the surface of the bead. These are very special colours that have been chosen thoughtfully. The dark brown core represents the rich coat colour of the Eurasian Otter, the yellow and green lines represent the UK Otter Trust logo and the pale blue frit represents the otters habitat which includes a mixture of rivers, canals, lakes, wetlands and coastlines.
