Raise - Helvellyn Bead - Cumbria
Raise is a fell nestled in the Lake District, it is situated near the centre of the Helvellyn range. The Lake District Ski Club which was founded in 1936, operate a 360 metre button town here. There are up to nine runs, depending on prevailing conditions, with un-groomed slopes that provide a unique experience!
Inspired by the colours found on this fell we made a frit blend of greens and browns which we have rolled onto the surface of a white bead. This is melted carefully so the colours don’t mix but settle into the surface of the bead representing the patches of colour peaking through the snow. This bead is then tumbled to give the surface a matt snow like texture.
Each Nalu Bead is individually handmade so please expect there to be variations in patterns and colours, this is what makes your Nalu Bead unique.

Standard Nalu Bead Size: width 9.5mm, diameter 16.5mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Mini Nalu Bead Size: width 8mm, diameter 14mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Core Size: 5mm suitable to fit alternative jewellery brands.
