Porth Neigwl Bead (Hell's Mouth)

Porth Neigwl, Hells Mouth, is a rural beach bay that stretches for over 3 miles on the south coast of the Llyn peninsula in North Wales. Porth Neigwl is surrounded by rugged coastline and is quite exposed. The waves can be fairly large so it does attract more experienced swimmers and surfers.

Our Porth Neigwl bead is inspired by headline and the rolling waves of the sea. The bead is made half in a speciality green glass that mixes both opaque and transparent glass. The other half is made from a delicate lavender glass and the two colours are carefully twisted together while molten to create wave shapes. The bead is then carefully decorated with a series of pale pink dots. The bead is then tumbled at Nalu headquarters to give it is beautiful matt finish, sea glass effect.
