Salla - Finland Bead
Salla is located in Lapland and is a municipality of Finland. Salla offers skiing for both beginner and intermediate skiers. It is North of the artic circle and a great destination if you’re hoping to see the Northern lights. You can even get your reindeer driving license there!
Our lovely Salla bead is made in white glass representing the bright white snow. The bead is then carefully rolled in frit (which are tiny fragments of coloured glass) while hot and melted in. We chose frit in a bright lime green and a deep purple to represent the Northern lights.

Standard Nalu Bead Size: width 9.5mm, diameter 16.5mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Mini Nalu Bead Size: width 8mm, diameter 14mm, core 4mm
Bespoke Core Size: 5mm suitable to fit alternative jewellery brands.
