Maui Bead
£5.42
A memento and keepsake of the popular Maui Island, Hawaii. Inspired by the beautiful scenery of Maui Island, Nalu Beads have designed a lampwork bead to remember the beautiful spot through surf jewellery.

Maui is the second largest island in the Hawaiian chain. Also known as the 'Valley Isle' due to its large amounts of valleys carved into its volcanic mountains.
The island is well known for its beaches and surf. Surfing is the most popular sport on Maui, some of the famous spots on the island include Honolua Bay, Slaughter House and Pe'ahi, also know as Jaws. Jaws is a big wave spot and was one of the first places to use jetskis to tow surfers into massive waves.
The inspiration behind this bead was to take influences from the bright beautiful colours of the island, from the flowers and plants to the rich hues of the volcanic rock. We just love the contrast of the yellow against orange and the beautiful pink dots with a little bubble lying inside.
We try our very best to keep the patterns on our beads as consistent as possible but due to the nature of each one being individually handmade, please except there to be variations in each bead...this is what makes your Nalu unique!
